Our Mission Statement

FOOTS UK is a not-for-profit grassroots football club in the heart of Ealing.

Operating as a Community Interest Company, we are dedicated to nurturing young talent from all backgrounds; not only helping them become better footballers, but also well-rounded individuals. We are deeply committed to making football accessible to all, and to using sport as a force for positive change in our community.

Our coaching philosophy goes beyond athletic ability; we aim to build character and instil a lifelong sense of purpose in every player. We believe that these values contribute to creating a stronger, more inclusive community.

At Foots UK, we place strong emphasis on teamworkresponsibility, and personal development

The club is committed to promoting girls’ participation in football by actively encouraging and training women coaches, and by offering subsidised training programmes and match participation for girls. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where young girls can develop their skills, build confidence, and thrive in the sport. We are also proud to pioneer girls’ participation in coed football,  something we strongly believe helps build confidence, equality, and team spirit from an early age.

Foots UK strives to provide a clear pathway for our players, whether their future lies in grassroots participation or the professional game
